Professional

I moved to Laramie, WY in 2003 to attend the University of Wyoming. In 2007 I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. After gaining experience working with adolescents at The Cathedral Home for Children, I discovered my true passion for counseling. I returned to the University of Wyoming and graduated with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2010. Since then, I have gained clinical experience in serving adults, children, couples, and families in individual and group capacities. I specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression, coping with transition, behavioral difficulties in children, family conflict, interpersonal struggles, and parenting.

Personal

Married in 2007, my husband and I were blessed with a beautiful boy in 2010, 2015, and another in 2020. As a family, we enjoy camping, walks in the park and the mountains with our dogs, playing board and card games, and watching movies. Personally, I enjoy swimming, reading, and the company of friends.
